Basics of the Enhance Vulva & Breast Pump by Shots

Shots’ 2-in-1 vulva and breast pump, Enhance, is a rechargeable, splashproof vibrator and pump that imitates oral sex. The device is purple and gold, with two clear plastic cylinders: one for use on a vulva and one for use on breasts. It has a long, licking tongue that can be used with or without the suction going. 

The device includes 5 sucking functions and 8 licking & vibrating functions. The two motors are independently controlled and can be used simultaneously. There are three buttons on the device: a power button, a suction control button, and a tongue/vibration control button. The three buttons will light up when the device and function are turned on, and the lights will simulate the function being used.

Care Instructions

To charge the Enhance Vulva & Breast Pump by Shots, plug the included USB charging cord into a USB port or charging brick, then attach the magnetic end to the device itself. The charging port is located on the opposite side of the device from the power buttons. Charging will take approximately 2 hours and each charge will last 60+ minutes, depending on settings. 

To clean the vibrator, twist and slide the cylinder off the device before thoroughly washing it with a gentle, unscented antibacterial soap or your preferred toy cleaner. The silicone lip around the edge of the cup can be removed for a more thorough washing. Wash the tongue of the device as well, but be careful not to get water into the air intake, located just below the charging port. 

Always use a water-based lubricant with this device. Lubricant can be applied to the tongue as well as the lip of the cup. 

How to Use

To switch between the cylinders, turn the attached cylinder counterclockwise and then pull off. Then replace the cylinder with the one you’d like to use by sliding down then gently turning clockwise. 

I briefly mentioned how to use a pussy pump before, but I want to share how to use this one specifically! First, grab your favorite water-based lubricant, and apply a small amount to the lip of the cup you plan to use. Then, press the bottom power button to turn the device on. Once the device is powered on, place the device over your nipple or on your vulva hood, clitoris, labia or the entire genital area. Do not place the pump directly over your vaginal opening!

Once you’ve found a comfortable spot to hold the device, the middle button will start the suction and the top button will start the tongue. Press each button to cycle through the settings to find your preferred function and speed. Since this is an automatic pump, you won’t have to do any pumping yourself. 

It is not recommended to use the pump for more than 20 continuous minutes. Also, make sure that you’re not covering the air intake hole on the bottom of the device while you’re using it. It’s a really small hole, so be mindful of where your hands are holding it! 

My Experiences with Enhance Vulva & Breast Pump by Shots

This was not my first time using a pussy pump, but it was my first time using an automated one, and I’ve got to say… WOW. 

The first time I used the Enhance Vulva & Breast Pump, I did find it a bit uncomfortable, but that’s expected with pumps. If you’re not used to the sensation, it may feel weird or uncomfortable the first time, so I suggest trying it multiple times. The second time that I used the vibrator, it felt so good that I thought I might orgasm as soon as I turned it on. I ended up not orgasming that quickly, but it did happen multiple times.

As someone who does have more meaty labia, I did have to spread myself open a bit when putting this device against my anatomy. When I tried using the vibe without doing so, the tongue just didn’t quite reach my clitoris and I needed more than the feel of the tongue rubbing against my labia.  

Embarrassingly, it wasn’t until I started actually writing this review that I tried using it on my nipples. It was just so good as a pussy pump that I got a bit fixated! My biggest gripe with using this as a breast pump is that I have two nipples and it only has one mouth. I enjoyed the stimulation so much that I wanted…no, I craved the sensation on both nipples simultaneously. When I was using it on my nipples, I did find that adding a warming or cooling lubricant to my nipples greatly enhanced my pleasure, but my nipples are not always very sensitive. Something about that extra sensation just really sent me through the roof. 

One of the things that really surprised me about the Enhance Vulva & Breast Pump was that I enjoyed all of the suction functions. With the tongue, I definitely had favorite functions: the first and the third functions. 

Final Thoughts

I almost wish that this pump had been my first pump experience. The pumps that I used were neat, but the first time I used pumps I really just didn’t get it. Using the Enhance Vulva & Breast Pump helped me better understand pumps, while also setting the bar pretty high on future pumps that I may use. 

The tongue really helps set this apart from most pussy pumps, and my gosh does it do its job well!

I would recommend this pump for anyone curious about pussy pumps and anyone who likes toys that simulate oral sex. This device is overall really great. 

I do wish it was quieter and I’m mildly annoyed that it can only be used on one nipple at a time, but even with that in mind, I still really liked using it.
