We didn??t use the want super often, maybe 10-20 times since purchase just over a year ago, but we loved this for the charge time, settings, and feel. Unfortunately, after this latest charge, something happened that seems to have disconnected the bulb end from whatever is inside the wand causing the bulb to not vibe anymore. We were hoping this would last much longer. So seems we will add this to the list of toys that just don??t last.

As the title states, the vibrator broke after the first use. When I informed peepshow of this, they told me a new one would be sent shortly. A week passed with no update. I emailed again asking for tracking info. They said ??oops we forgot to send it, should be sending in the next two business days?. Then instead of a new vibrator, I get an email saying I need to send the broken vibrator back. I say okay fine, but at least send me a shipping label. They agree to pay to ship the broken one back, and I go to open the shipping label and it says it??s expired. I??m so done with this, I just wanted a working vibrator, or a refund if that wasn??t possible.
