This was the first vibe I've had that was halfway decent. I mainly use this externally and really only use this on constant vibration rather than the patterned vibrations. I think this is a good vibe to start with if you don't know what you want, because personally I found that really pointed vibrators aren't my cup of tea and I'm not a big fan of the broad head that wands have. The head of this vibe is a tad over 1" wide so you can move it as you please. It's also easy to grip.
