Safe, mostly comfortable and quite versatile. The instructions aren't exactly accurate, they match the original Unihorn vibrators. Still relatively easy to figure out in a short time, bottom button is the "On" button and must be pressed to activate the device, then you can press the top button that activates the insertable "tail" vibrator. Plenty of diverse options and patterns to cycle through on both pieces of the massager. Shape may not be a perfect fit for all bodies, I couldn't get it to line up accurately yet, but the vibrations were so strong that it didn't matter. Also the hinge has some flexibility so you can adjust to your physique. Not waterproof, but water resistant. Worth it at this price point, in my opinion.
