The body is sturdy, and feels very solid, it has a bit of weight to it, which I really enjoy. The spikes are not the sharpest of my pinwheels, but obviously depending on the pressure you apply and where on the body, they definitely create good sensations, and good stimulation. And can be intense if you want it to be. Overall I enjoy this little thing!
