The Scandal Wide Open Mouth Gag sports a sexy red-and-black printed fabric outside, made of polyester; and inside the strap is a plushy fabric. The iron ring is 1.75 inches diameter inside, wide enough to fit the majority of penises or dildos.
I wanted an open mouth gag but would not suggest this one. The strap is too thick and stiff, so it doesn't fit around the head well. On top of that, the silicone ring is far too flexible and does not keep the mouth open while the metal ring is uncomfortably large and feels bad on your teeth.
