This is not a good choice if you have large testicles. We were excited to use it, but I couldn??t get that tiny loop around my balls. I had heard reviews elsewhere that the ball loop broke on first use so I was very cautious, but just couldn??t get it to fit. So we tried to go without securing it, and every time I pulled out a little, the sleeve stayed inside of her and I didn??t. So we kept trying to get that loop around my balls and eventually it did break, just an hour after I got it. Pretty bummed. I think this would work well as a sleeve for a toy but unless you have tiny balls I wouldn??t recommend it.
