Kegel training is good for both Health reasons and Pleasure reasons. Wearing these weights can reduce bladder leakage, or it can be simply a fun sensory experience. For more feeling: Put in your Cherry Kegel Ball before you go out on a walk, or as you dance. The weight will be harder to miss as you move from the smallest to the largest kegel ball. 

Regular kegel training will include wear for at least 15 minutes per day, 3 times a week, for 6 to 8 weeks total. You may start to feel results after 2 weeks of use.
