I bought one, I liked wearing it at home and once I went with a walk outside wearing it, and it was just nic. Then a couple months later I'd bought a larger toy and decided to get a bigger G squeeze to warm up with. And that was the best thing, since the larger one is not TOO hard to insert (with how it folds over) but it feels so satisfying to lay in bed wearing.
The base sticks out and is not flush. Everything else is fine. This could be a physical issue, not a product issue.
Grabbed it in a small. Super soft and held in position really well. I highly recommend. Use other devices to estimate the size you need. A great plug for newer users or more advanced users.
